MONOETHYLENE GLYCOL

Product description
Ethylene glycol is the simplest polyol (polyatomic alcohol), a colourless viscous liquid produced by hydration of ethylene oxide. It is used in the chemical industry (production of polyethylene terephthalate, polyester fibres, solvents, antifreezes, deicing fluids and hydraulic liquids), as well as in oil and gas production (as a dehydrating agent and in preventing the formation of hydrate plugs).
